Operator Training. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, there is also an <strong>update<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/encuentra-tu-norma\/busca-tu-norma\/norma?c=N0063375\">UNE 58923: UNE 58923:2020 Mobile Elevating Platforms for Personnel (MEWP). Operator training. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Current regulations for MEWP &#8211; UNE Elevating platforms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/1995\/11\/10\/pdfs\/A32590-32611.pdf\">Law 31\/95, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/1997\/08\/07\/pdfs\/A24063-24070.pdf\">RD 1215\/97, minimum health and safety provisions for the use by workers of Work Equipment<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/documents\/94886\/330477\/NTP+1039.pdf\/e1863a8a-35cd-4132-9d8a-ede50da0bb2f\">NTP 1039<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/documents\/94886\/330477\/NTP+1040.pdf\/12ad6f7f-c8b8-4ae9-bd42-680d45e132ba\">1040<\/a> of 2015 of the INSHT, on Mobile Elevating Platforms for Personnel, preventive management for safe use.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/encuentra-tu-norma\/busca-tu-norma\/norma\/?c=N0052806\">UNE 58923:2014: Mobile elevating platforms for personnel (MEWP). Operator training <\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/encuentra-tu-norma\/busca-tu-norma\/norma?c=N0052607\">UNE-EN 280:2014: Mobile elevating platforms for personnel. Design calculations. Stability. Construction.    Safety.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of these regulations, laws and royal decrees <strong>are based on the Prevention of Occupational Risks or PRL<\/strong>, they are carried out <strong>through the Ministry of Labour<\/strong>, which is the one who limits or indicates each section in this regard of each of them.<\/p>\n<p>In practice, what we are really interested in, whether we are workers, companies or training entities, is that <strong>the training is practical, current<\/strong> and, above all: <strong>in accordance with regulatory requirements<\/strong>. In addition to providing preventive knowledge and the ability to perform any maneuver in practice. <\/p>\n<p>What are the types of Lifting Platform accreditation certificates according to the UNE standard?<\/p>\n<p><strong>These UNE standards define <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/6-cursos-6-certificados-pemp\/\"><strong>6 types of certifications<\/strong><\/a> to handle this type of machinery:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/formacion-pemp-estatica-vertical\/\">Type 1 group A: 1a &#8220;Vertical Static&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/formacion-pemp-estatica-de-brazo\/\">Type 1 group B: 1b &#8220;Arm Static&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/\">Type 2 group A: 2a &#8220;Mobile from Vertical Chassis&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/liftisa-formacion\/\">Type 2 group B: 2b &#8220;Mobile from Arm Chassis&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/formacion-pemp-movil-vertical\/\">Type 3 group A: 3a &#8220;Vertical Mobile&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/liftisa.com\/formacion\/formacion-pemp-movil-de-brazo\/\">Type 3 group B: 3b &#8220;Arm Mobile&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>The deregulation<\/strong> of training in the operation of machinery in Spain is something that since 2012 <strong>the UNE 58923 and UNE 58451 standards have tried to solve<\/strong> for machines as dangerous as Mobile Elevating Platforms for Personnel (MEWP) and Forklifts or Handling Trucks. In addition, <strong>they have done it quite successfully.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, when a company is required to have training in Mobile Forklifts for Personnel (MEWP) according to UNE 58451 and UNE 58923 standards, the first thing the employer thinks of is that they are being required to have training regulated by regulations from another country or that they are new standards. This Certification must be renewed every three years. <\/p>\n<p>At the end of the course, and once the theoretical\/practical tests <strong>have been passed, a Certificate of Aptitude will be awarded<\/strong>. This Certificate is <strong>valid for working throughout the European Union.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The amount of the courses <strong>may be subsidized<\/strong> by the company, <strong>in whole or in part<\/strong>, in the Social Security contributions. To do this, the following conditions must be met: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Royal Decree 395\/2007, of 23 March, which regulates the subsystem of Vocational Training for employment.<\/li>\n<li>Ministerial Order of Labour and Social Affairs 2307\/20074 of 27 July, which regulates the financing of Continuous Training Actions in companies, including Individual Training Permits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Liftisa, <strong>we offer the customer the possibility of carrying out training in their facilities<\/strong>, with the aim of saving costs and facilitating the assistance of their workers.
