Take a Certified Training Course.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Before you start working with an aerial work platform, it is important to get proper training, increase your safety, and know the exact type of machine that will be used. Stay within the platform.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Never sit, stand, or climb the deck railing. Always keep both feet on the platform floor. Never leave an elevated aerial work platform basket unless you are trained to do so. Never step off a platform when it is elevated.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong>7. Never exceed the established limits.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Always observe the maximum nominal weight or load limit.
