1. Properly lock the scissor lift.

4. Turn the key switch to the OFF position.
5. Remove the key to prevent unauthorized use.
6. When the machine is secured at the end of the day, thebatteries should be charged according to the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines in the machine’s operator’s manual.

Proper battery condition is essential for the proper functioning of the machine and operational safety.

Typically, this task is done by plugging the battery charger into an AC wall outlet and allowing the batteries to be fully charged, but it is important to consider the manufacturer’s specific requirements, which may include:

• Use the appropriate AC input voltage for charging as indicated on the charger.
